The GY-50 lightweight engineering drilling rig is a compact hydraulic multi-purpose exploration machine, developed as an upgraded version of the QP-50 model. This rig retains the original model’s advantages of being lightweight, flexible, and having excellent impact performance, while significantly improving its efficiency and adaptability for drilling through hard rock formations. Designed for both practicality and versatility, it integrates impact and rotary functions and offers two tower configurations: a tripod-style tower and a mast-style tower, to cater to user preferences. The GY-50 is suitable for a wide range of terrains, including urban areas, plains, hills, mountains, and swamps. It excels in drilling Quaternary overburden layers and various medium-hard rock formations, demonstrating exceptional adaptability to diverse environments.

- It can be used in conjunction with a large borehole vibrator driven by a hydraulic motor, with power supplied by the drilling rig’s oil pump. The structure is simple, and the process of raising and lowering the casing is convenient.
