The GY-300T drilling rig is a medium-shallow hole core drilling rig, which is a tower crane integrated drilling rig developed on the basis of our GY-300A. Its drilling tower is designed based on many years of field drilling work experience, taking into full consideration factors such as on-site relocation, winch lifting force, drilling inclination, and drill rod erection. It is not only suitable for large and small diameter core drilling with alloys and diamonds, but also can be used for engineering geological surveys and engineering construction in the fields of construction engineering, hydropower engineering, highways, railways, ports, etc. It has stronger adaptability and superiority among the same type of tower crane integrated drilling rigs. In addition to all the features of the GY-300A drilling rig, the drilling tower of this drilling rig also has the following features:

1. The use of double-cylinder vertical tower greatly improves the stability of the tower when lifting the tower and drilling inclined holes, and improves the safety in the hole during drilling.

2. The overhead crane pulley uses a cylinder to control the forward and backward movement, changing the previous method of the derrick tilting forward to start drilling, making drilling more stable and safe. In addition, the cruise pulley is used to lift the drill to reduce the lifting load of the winch.

3. The crane is supported by steel cable back-pulling and inclined rods, which can greatly increase the load of the crane beam when the derrick is starting to drill, reduce the vibration of the derrick when starting to drill, and ensure the stability of the drilling rig operation.

4. The tower base is supported by three rotating arm beams to ensure the concentricity of the derrick rotation, disperse the pressure of the drilling force and the weight of the derrick on the drilling rig frame, and improve the service life and safety of the drilling rig.

5. It can realize the lifting of 6m for rope drilling and 6~7m for ordinary drilling, with 1.5m of spare space above.
