Main structure and features of drilling rig

1. It integrates multiple drilling rig functions. It can realize multiple drilling processes such as mud pump positive circulation drilling, air down-the-hole hammer (pneumatic impactor) drilling and rotary jetting; it can add bulldozer function to complete site finishing by itself.

2. Load-sensitive multi-way valve is used. It has the flow ratio distribution function independent of load pressure, precise micro-motion control, excellent ratio characteristics, high efficiency and energy saving, etc.

4. The crawler chassis is loaded, and walking and moving into place are convenient and quick.

5. The main arm can be raised and lowered, and the drilling tower slides on the slide to touch the ground, with good stability.

6. The slide can swing back and forth on the main arm seat to achieve inclined hole drilling, and the slide is equipped with a dial to conveniently display the drilling inclination angle.

7. The power head moves with a cylinder chain speed mechanism and has a double chain balancing mechanism.

8. The power head is equipped with two manual speed changes with a wide speed range to meet the requirements of various formations and different drilling processes. The power head has a spindle floating function and can be adjusted steplessly.
