QDW-50 mountain drilling rig is a fully hydraulically controlled, lightweight mountain geophysical drilling rig. It is a new type of drilling rig developed based on the first generation of mountain drilling rigs of our factory. It is mainly suitable for drilling in soil and rock layers. It is widely used in the construction of oil blasting holes and water conservancy and other construction projects in mountainous and hilly waterless areas. When necessary, the machine can also be equipped with a mud pump to achieve mud drilling. The drilling rig has a reasonable structure, simple operation, stable performance, and is easy and quick to move.

This drilling rig has the following features:

1. It adopts reasonable technical parameters, has large lifting force and rotation torque, and has strong ability to handle accidents.

2. The main hydraulic components, air compressor host and power machine are all imported with excellent performance and reliable quality.

3. The drilling rig is divided into 10 large frame modules, the largest part weighing no more than 75kg. It is light, easy to move, has strong disassembly performance and high disassembly and assembly efficiency.

4. The hydraulic system is supplied by two pumps and uses a single pump and a single circuit, which makes the operation of the hydraulic system simpler, with fewer faults and easier troubleshooting.

5. The hydraulic oil cooling system adopts a DC motor to drive the heat exchanger device, which has stable and reliable heat dissipation and good effect.

6. Hydraulic components are used to accurately control feeding, lifting and other actions to meet actual construction conditions.

7. The drill rod can be disassembled conveniently, efficiently and with low labor intensity.
