BW-160 triplex mud pump
The BW160 mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting reciprocating piston pump, which is mainly used to supply flushing fluid to the borehole during core drilling. Whether the pump is discharging mud or clean water, it should not contain chemical impurities that corrode the pump metal and oil-resistant rubber. The pump has a relatively uniform flow rate and small pressure fluctuations. The pump adopts a two-speed transmission structure to obtain two displacements and corresponding two pump pressures. The casing is made of aluminum alloy, so it has a small size, light weight and good decomposability, which is convenient for mountain relocation.
