BW-320 Mud Pump
The BW-320 mud pump is a new product developed for the new drilling technologies such as hydraulic impact drilling, screw drilling, and turbine drilling that have been developed in geological exploration in recent years. It can not only supply flushing fluid (mud or clean water) to the borehole during core drilling, so that it circulates in the borehole to carry rock cuttings back to the surface, keep the bottom of the hole clean, and cool and lubricate the drill bit and drilling tools to protect the hole wall from collapse, but also can serve as a power source to drive the impactor (or screw or turbine) to help drilling. Therefore, this pump is one of the important equipment in modern drilling.
BW-320 mud pump is particularly suitable for use as a grouting pump for grouting treatment of various soft foundations.
The BW-320 mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting reciprocating plunger pump with two cylinder diameters and four-speed gear transmission, with a total of eight flow rates to choose from. It can be mainly used for hydraulic impact drilling within a hole depth of 1000 meters, as well as for screw drilling and turbine drilling within 1500 meters, and for ordinary core drilling within a hole depth of 2500 meters. Because it adopts the advanced structural characteristics and various new materials of various pumps at home and abroad, especially the integrated design of crankcase and variable box, the pump not only has reliable performance and long life of vulnerable parts, but also has small size and light weight, good decomposability, and is easy to move in mountainous areas. It is an ideal equipment for geological exploration, and can also be used for engineering construction drilling, water well drilling, sugar making, wine making, embankment irrigation and other various purposes.
