Changtan CYDX-5 crawler type full hydraulic power head core drill is a newly developed product of our factory. It is a high-power full hydraulic drive deep hole core drill, suitable for a variety of efficient drilling methods such as diamond rope coring. The drilling rig is centralized and light to operate, with precise control and easy relocation. It is equipped with various parameter instruments that can directly display the speed, drilling pressure, pump pressure and other parameters of the drilling rig during operation, which is convenient for observing the drilling situation in the hole and recording data, and improving the drilling efficiency and coring rate.

Main features of CYDX-5 full hydraulic drilling rig

1. Full hydraulic transmission, stable transmission, low noise, centralized operation, convenient, labor-saving, safe and reliable.

2. The drilling rig power head gearbox is equipped with 2-speed manual transmission and driven by a variable hydraulic motor. The power head output speed can be adjusted steplessly between 0-1200r/min. It has a wide speed range and 2-speed torque output. It can be applied to various drilling processes and different drilling diameters for speed and torque requirements, especially for diamond core drilling.

3. The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic chuck and a hydraulic clamp, which can clamp the drill rod quickly and reliably with good centering performance. By replacing the slips, it can clamp various specifications of rope coring drill rods such as BQ, NQ, HQ, PQ, etc. It has a large diameter and is easy to use.

4. The drilling tower can slide and touch the ground for inclined hole construction. It is easy to operate, has good stability, and is safe and reliable.

5. 3.5m long feed stroke, can directly lift or add or remove a single drill rod, which reduces auxiliary work time and is conducive to improving drilling efficiency.

6. The drilling rig is equipped with a mast-type drilling tower and a stepless speed-adjustable hydraulic winch, which can lift and lower the drilling tool 9m at a time, which is safe and labor-saving.

7. The hydraulically driven winch with stepless speed regulation for rope coring has a wide speed range and is labor-saving and convenient to operate.

8. The drilling rig has a compact structure, reasonable layout, hydraulic leg lifting, and simple installation.

9. The drilling rig is powered by a Cummins diesel engine and is equipped with a crawler chassis, which allows for quick site transfers;

10. Hydraulic pump group, main valve and hydraulic motor are all imported parts of international brands. The parts are of high precision and the equipment works stably and reliably.
