The GY-300T model drilling rig is a medium and shallow-hole core drilling rig, developed based on our factory’s GY-300A model, as an integrated tower drilling rig. The drill tower is designed based on many years of field drilling experience, taking into full consideration factors such as site relocation, winch lifting capacity, drilling hole inclination, and the erection of drill rods. It is suitable not only for core drilling with both large and small diameters using alloy and diamond bits but also for engineering geological surveys, as well as construction work in civil engineering, hydropower projects, highways, railways, and ports. Among the same type of integrated tower drilling rigs, it has stronger adaptability and superiority. In addition to all the features of the GY-300A model drilling rig, this drilling rig’s tower also has the following characteristics:

1. The use of a dual-cylinder tower erection significantly improves the stability of the tower during erection and angled hole drilling, enhancing the safety within the hole during drilling.
2. The gantry sheave is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder to move forward and backward, changing the traditional method of the tower leaning forward to lift the drill, making the lifting process more stable and safe. Additionally, a pulley block is used for lifting the drill, reducing the load on the winch.
3. The gantry is supported by a steel cable pull and a gantry diagonal brace, which can greatly increase the load on the gantry beam during drilling, reduce the vibration of the tower during lifting, and ensure the smooth operation of the drilling rig.
4. The tower base is supported by a three-arm beam, ensuring the concentricity of the tower rotation, distributing the lifting force and the weight of the tower on the drilling rig frame, and improving the service life and safety of the drilling rig.
5. It can meet the requirements for lifting 6 meters with cable drilling and 6-7 meters with conventional drilling, with an additional space of 1.5 meters above.
