XY-44T drilling rig
XY-44T tower crane integrated drilling rig is a medium-deep hole core drilling rig. It can be used for carbide drilling, engineering geological exploration, hydrological shallow liquid and natural gas mining, and is also suitable for small-diameter diamond drilling used in metal and non-metal, solid mineral deposit exploration. It is widely used in energy exploration, highway and railway construction, water conservancy and hydropower, construction and other fields.
The drilling tower of the drilling rig is a double-luffing cylinder steel cable and crown block pulley translation structure. The double-luffing cylinder steel cable drilling tower is assembled on the main winch bracket of the drilling rig. Its main function is to lift the drilling tools and take cores for vertical drilling and inclined drilling. When drilling inclined holes, the lifting height of the luffing cylinder can be adjusted to adjust its angle, and the adjustment range is 0-90°.
Features are as follows:
1. The drilling rig has a high speed and a reasonable speed range, with more speed levels and large low-speed torque. It is suitable for small-diameter diamond core drilling, and can also meet the requirements of large-diameter carbide core drilling and various engineering drilling.
2. It adopts automobile gearbox and clutch, which has simple structure, reasonable layout and convenient maintenance.
3. It has two reverse speeds, which makes it safe and less labor-intensive to handle accidents in the hole.
4. The long feed stroke of the drilling rig vertical shaft is conducive to improving drilling efficiency and reducing the occurrence of accidents such as drill blockage and drill burning.
5. The drilling rig moves smoothly, the frame is sturdy, the center of gravity is low, and the stability is good during high-speed drilling.
6. The drilling rig has upper and lower chucks, which provide reliable clamping. The lower chuck is a slip type with good center of gravity.
7. The drilling tower uses a double-cylinder vertical tower, which greatly improves the stability of the drilling tower when lifting the tower and drilling inclined holes, and enhances the safety in the hole during drilling.
8. The overhead crane pulley uses a cylinder to control the forward and backward movement, which changes the previous drilling rig to let the derrick tilt backward to lift the drill rod when opening the hole, making the drilling more stable and safe. The cruise pulley is used to lift the drill to reduce the lifting load of the winch.
9. The crane is supported by steel cable pull-back and inclined rods, which can greatly increase the load of the crane beam when the derrick is pulling out, reduce the vibration of the derrick when pulling out the drill bit, and ensure the stability of the drilling rig operation.
10. The tower base is supported by three rotating arm beams to ensure the concentricity of the derrick rotation, disperse the pressure of the drilling force and the weight of the derrick on the drilling rig frame, and improve the service life and safety of the drilling rig.
11. It is light in weight and easy to dismantle, making it safe, convenient and quick to move, and suitable for operations in mountainous areas.
